It's all about taking it slow and easy, especially in the beginning, to save up energy. And about proper hydration/nutrition the day of the run. And oh yeah, no PMS. =) You're gonna get there in no time.
yes and maybe even eating the right foods would help. i notice that when i eat badly, i have less energy. but i have very little will power when it comes to food! however i think i'm ok with my gradual progress. as long as i'm still having fun, it's all good.
