closing the deal

today after going back and forth and involving a lawyer - we are meeting to try to sign final papers and close the deal...again. i hope it goes much better than last time. i'm both excited and anxious. negotiations can be tough - have to be prepared to be super nice or super tough. it's especially complicated since it seems the opposite party has quite a lot of emotion involved.
