I think blogger's commenting system is a pain... They should allow you to comment without signing in. I'd bet most people don't have Blogger accounts and don't want to go sign up for one just to comment. :)

oh really? i didn't know you had to sign in to leave a message. doh..my bad. then how do viv and brandon do it?
Commenting is a relatively new feature on Blogger, so they don't use Blogger for their commenting. I beleive Viv wrote her own commenting and Brandon uses Haloscan.com.
